Training blocks

Phase-1 and Block 9 drive to complete the plan for the final brief to capital partners. It will cover writing an effective business plan and how to present the business to investors, potential business partners, and clients. Operators will write each section of their business plan while developing a winning  business strategy. Unique to SOF-EP are operators that can handle criticism. Preliminary critiques will  be given to the initial business plan as well as Requests for Information (RFIs) designed to assist in  shaping the plan for the final presentation. The key to Block 9 is education in acquisition and exit from  the business to ensure, even if unanticipated, considerations are given to a less problematic and more  profitable exit or retirement
