Course Description

Human Resources (HR) is the foundation of the workforce that maintains all the paperwork that ensures your business is compliant with labor laws and protected in the event of a dispute. A solid understanding of HR can ensure overall business best practices while staying compliant with the law as the business grows.

Understand the difference between hiring an Employee or an Independent Contractor
