A Letter from the Founder

Welcome to Darkhorse Benefits,

In this current economic environment, Americans are in need of help more than ever. We here at Darkhorse Benefits choose to focus on people that we felt that with some help can experience a drastic increase in their quality of life.

Brave young soldier’s who knew that they would be risking their lives, did so with honor and courage that many Americans can never feel. When soldiers go out on the battlefield they are doing what they were told with strength and passion, knowing in their heart that they are saving lives back home. They do this for people in other states, communities or walks of life they will never meet. They do this to serve America. We at Darkhorse, serve them, when they need it most.

After returning home with life changing injuries they are in need of more than medical treatment. They need assistance in many areas of their lives and training for their future. Our programs for them, detailed in the “projects” section of this site, provide that training and more importantly career placement with one of our several “partner” companies. Other soldiers in the Orlando area from the National Guard and Reserves will be linked up in a one of a kind job connection event with local businesses in the area.

I have also always felt that homeless families were some of the most in-need of help. It’s not the children’s fault and for the most part not the parents either. By taking a homeless family and giving them the essentials, not just money, but the essential life training many missed out on, we can empower them to the point where they are self-sufficient.

We have surrounded ourselves with like-minded people at Darkhorse. We share the same values and goals to help other American’s not when “convenient” or “the right time,” but now. We realize that if we wait until “things are ok” it will never happen. For those soldiers and families that need our help- NOW is the time to help. We hope you will join.

I hope that this website has found your heart and you appreciate the things that we are trying to accomplish collectively. There’s a part for everyone. Not every person can fight, but every person can help. There is lot’s to do and we can certainly use your assistance in many forms.
